1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduTrackHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

EduTrackHub provides school management software including attendance tracking, grade management, parent communication, fee collection, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Schools must provide accurate student and parent information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or discriminate against students or staff
• Share student data with unauthorized third parties

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in suspension of service. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all student and school data you upload. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by EduTrackHub. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account. We will provide data export options for 30 days after termination. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduTrackHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
